01/21/2007    Teammates Prepare for Spring Baseball Team Schedules

MONROE, WI -- Well before the summer commitment of playing the Home Talent League baseball season, Monroe Brewers players and coaches prepare for their spring baseball team seasons.

UW-Platteville catcher, Kyle Kubtzke, will be traveling through Missouri, Indiana, Georgia, Alabama, and Illinois for the teams spring training games before returning to Wisconsin to finish their WIAC schedule.

Highland Community College outfielders, Adam Krebs and Scott White, will be traveling through Arkansas and Arizona for spring training games before returning to Illinois to finish their Illinois and Wisconsin schedule.

Monroe High School infielder, Brock Bidlingmaier, once finished with his high school basketball career will be focusing on his senior year high school baseball season along with team head coach Steve Christensen.

Southwestern High School baseball coach, Justin Hahn, will prepare his team for their season in his seventh year as head coach.

Warren High School baseball coach, Brett Janecke, will prepare his team for their season in his _____ year as head coach.

Orangeville High School baseball coach, Rooney Janecke, will prepare his team in his ____ season as head coach.  Rooney also resumes pre-season preparation for his second year as Co-Manager for the summer Monroe Home Talent Baseball team.

Lena-Winslow High School baseball coach, Tom Smargiassi, will prepare his team in his twelve season as head coach.

Orangeville High School softball coach, Lon Scheuerell, will prepare his team for their season in his sixth year as head coach.  Lon also resumes pre-season preparation for his second year as head coach of the summer Monroe Legion Baseball team and second years as Co-Manager for the summer Monroe Home Talent Baseball team.
